Description
Typhin is one of the elemental Furies that was birthed when the Gods mated with one another. These massive creatures embody the disasters that devastate the mortal realm, and they use their powers to rain destruction on the many worlds. It was their conception that caused Ka'Ran'Koth to ban all Gods from ever breeding with immortals and mortals. Unfortunately the ban did nothing for the monstrosities already birthed, and the Gods could not destroy those that were purely made from their flesh. The Gods could only restrain the Furies, using their powers to delay the disasters that they bring. But every once in a while, one of the daughters will break free and unleash their wrath. Once their energy is spent, they will be ensnared once again, biding their time until they regain their strength.Typhin is the birther of hurricanes, her body and powers capable of creating the destructive typhoons that devastate the seaside cities. She spends most of her time on the bottom of the ocean floor, put to sleep by her mother's lullaby. At certain times, though, her mother's song may fade or halt, as she is distracted by other duties and Typhin will begin to stir. As she awakens, her power will warm the waters and change the air above the surface. From her position on the sea floor, she will slowly birth a hurricane, using her energies to churn the air and water. In this state, she can not be put back to sleep by her mother's song, as her strength and will are too great. As the storm reaches its full potential, she will create a cloud of slimy bubbles so that she may rise from the sea floor to the skies. She will take her place in the eye of the hurricane, her mere presence nearly doubling the strength of the storm. She will then ride the typhoon like a steed, steering and swerving it to slam into coastal towns and wreck havoc. She finds this act amusing, and enjoys devastating towns that are not prepared for such a storm. Eventually she and the hurricane will begin to tire, and the great storm will lose its strength. In this weakened state, she will abandon the dying hurricane and float back to the sea. The beckoning of the ocean will draw her back to the depths below, and she will find a new place to rest. Exhausted, she will hear her mother's song and happily drift back to sleep, dreaming of the destruction she will cause next time.

she could weaponize these slime bubbles to cause slimy water floods and to attack airborne enemies, airplanes will never be lucky.

based on the greek furies?, Typhin would be Tisiphone, and i love the Janthina janthina look.

To be honest, I didn't even know there were Greek furies. I just liked calling them "furies." And thanks!

and the greek furies were personifications of vengeance or madness, now that got a bit lovecraftian.

That they would, but then again, most of the Furies have a love for destruction.

Plus, Vortess could twist through and destroy anything that Typhin can not reach or attack directly. Tornadoes sometimes accompany hurricanes so that wound make a natural destructive pair.
