Yay! I finished it!
You had the Sev in the same style (here: [link] ), now it's Scorch!! ^_^ enjoy! I intend to make Boss and Fixer as well.Scorch is LucasArts' property (Star Wars Republic commando, Delta RC 1262).
Beware, LucasArts, the fangirls are coming to kidnap him!

Me too. Aren't they going to be the main focus of the Imperial Commandos books? Or did Mrs. Traviis not get the go for those? It'd be interesting to see if Vau finds Sev, and if Sev gets the cure to his enhanced aging. Though we know he can't go back to his brothers because of what happened with Fi.

Oh, because he's considered MIA, or KIA so their replacing him in a squad and putting the squad back in action like they did with Fi and Omega. Did you not finish the True Colors? It's like in the middle of that one.

In fact I've read only half of True Colors and all the chapters with Deltas, and for Order 66 only chapters with Deltas. I didn't have time for the rest, I hope I will have some free time soon.

Some one mediocre. There is no one who can even come close to Sev. And we all know that the other Delta's will make the new guys life a living hell. Especially Scorch. Though Fixer may show some professional courtesy.

I feel bad for the new guy, but I would also be able to see how delta wouldn't like him. Seeing as they were raised with Sev and all.
Though I figured Scorch would be hardest on the new fellow since he and Sev seemed to be the most buddy buddy.

Yes, but it'd be hilarious to see how some normal woman deals with one of the delta's personality flaws.
I think Scorch would be the easiest to find a girl, but it really seemed she was playing up Sev for that. Either that or being found and living out his days at a normal life span, possibly both.

After thinking about it, I think you're talking about the moment when Deltas took of from the Sea planet, and Sev looked at the sea/city from the ship and thought that he would like to see more of what was forbidden for clones, but he didn't want to complain because he didn't want to end up like Fi who is always complaing.
But I think he wasn't thinking about girls at all, just having a "normal life", visiting new places...

It always starts with Normal life, but they move on. Because they started Fi out with just wanted a normal life too, then it moved on to women, and kids and the like.
personally can't see him with a girl, because he's just so screwed up.

No, she clearly gives different characters to the clones. Yes, Fi wanted a girlfriend, even the others were bored with that. But Sev is the total opposite, you can see how they react differently to events, Fi needs company, someone who cares for him, etc... Sev likes action, liberty, doesn't like to be ordered things like a puppet. And Sev definitely didn't think about women when he thought about all those new worlds (like that sea world) he didn't know.
Of course, if he had a "normal life", he would have a wife at the end, and kids, but it was not his first thought, it's not his priority (unlike Fi).
Karen Traviss talked about that on clonetroopers board, when someone said that "normal life" for clones meaned "girlfriend", she said that no, it was not only that, for some clones maybe but for others it can be a lot of other things (look at Levet who wants a farm!)

I know what you mean. Though, seeing them at sea world would be just as weird as seeing them with girlfriends/wives because of their personality disorders, especially Sev's sociopathic behavior.

They were on that sea planet for a mission. And they didn't seemed to like being on the beach, tourists, etc...
But they're amazed because the planet is beautiful, and they wonder how many other things they would not be able to discover. That doesn't mean they would play volleyball on the beach

I've read all the chapters with Delta squad in both True Colors and Order 66 and never saw anything like this. Who are you talking about? what is the page number? I think you misunderstood.
I think Sev would not find a girlfriend easily, he's not very sociable with people and doesn't seem interested in women. He's focused on his job, in True Colors it was said that he'd like to visit the rest of the galaxy, do "normal things", but that he considered that his life was too short to think about that and that he preferred to focus on his missions and nothing else.
That's why I doubt he can be interested in anyone (except if you mean that the girl only is interested in him, and he doesn't care? but i've never seen such lines in the book).
