It depends, it's random. I played that game at least 8 times, and sometimes I hear a sentence or a quote just once! I don't know what launches these quotes. But I discover new ones everytime I play ^^

Ah, yes. Sev was definitely my favorite commando. I just finished playing through the whole game again after a long time and I just looooved a particular line on Kashyyyk after destroying a droid dispenser;
Sev: "Dam! I can't believe it!"
Scorch/Fixer/Boss: "What's wrong, Sev?"
Sev: "I lost count of my kills!"
