To build Ally Support levels(that is, to go from C->B->A->S), the chosen Allies need to beat up a bunch of Level 35+ enemies while being within two spaces of each other. If you’re trying to build Summoner Support just have the Unit(or Units if you have FEH Pass) kill lots of Level 35+ enemies. You start Support chains by going to the ‘Interact With Allies’ menu. Alternatively, you can build Support more slowly in Lost Lore events by sending the supporting Units on the same scouting.

Yeah, so if you go to the Search option from the Friend List Stone thing, it’ll have your FC there. You can give it to people and they can send you requests that way.
In the meantime, you can add my accounts. Go to the Search option and put in 3988694626, the name should be Marita, then put in 4512744310, the name should be Arilon. I’ll accept the requests once I’m able, then you can use my team leads as allies in Allegiance Battles and any game mode that uses Brigades, like Grand Conquests. They can also appear to help you during Voting Gauntlets if you and your friend are on the same team.

Ok, I’ve added you with Marita. I’ll add you with Arilon the next time I switch accounts, which should be sometime this week.
I also forgot to say I believe you can change your name in the game if you decide you want something different, if you go into the Misc menu and then the FAQ menu, there’s an option to Change Nickname, so if you decide you want something not Kiran, you can always change it.
