What a nice piece; it has a very 'art deco' feel about it.
The Good:
What I like about this is that the colors you've chosen work with each other, with the lighter colors off-setting the darker colors and background very nicely. You've also given it a very nice sense of movement with the shape of the dancer and the direction of the swirls.
The Bad:
I feel that the paint could use a bit of tightening up, as they seemed fuzzy in certain areas. Also, its a bit cramped, though I feel that could also work for the piece.
The All:
A very good piece that displays the skills you have, though they're are some things that do need to be worked on; however, these are things that affect nearly everyone, even the best.

I think this is a very wonderful piece. It has a lot of rhythm to it with how you use your lines and direction. The shape of the figure really stands out. The only thing I would change for this is the cropping. Right now, I feel the image is cropping a little too close to the image, especially the bottom and top right hand corner. If you make your artboard a little wider so it doesn't crop so close to your artwork, it'll improve composition and give breathing space for the image. Overall, great job and keep it up!
