It's insane how much you get flamed by posting similarities. o_o;; If people think they really are that different then why is it a problem that you show them next to each other? If it is THAT obvious that they are "completely different" then why do they feel the need to yell at you for the comparison?
The only reason would be that they are so similar it is hard to tell the difference and so they feel the need to defend her with words since the picture shows that she (at very least) came up with the poses from the original. I say kudos to you for trying to help out the art community by trying to push people into originality instead of mimicry.

Of course you cant copy right a pose. But if someone uses the same pose, draws the same character, AND uses the same style, then that is definitely sketchy. (she just slipped the pose - so yes, they are the same, but badly concealed)
And also, she already said that she doesnt like deviants fighting and that we should stop, so now youre just going against nello's words and picking an argument with me. So back off.

Honestly. Have you seen the thousands of deviants that draw like people from anime shows? It's just like this. and even if she didn't mean to, maybe she got inspiration from it.
They're just poses. I've seen plenty of people use the same poses, character-type design and style. You just have to accept it. Calm down.

If you're trying to point out a possible art theft...I think it would be easier and lower key to just note the artist whose work you believe may have been copied/overly influenced. Posting a comparison here where all can see it may not be the most effective way of going about solving the issue.

It is always good to have an existing photobucket or similar account, and even if it is just for one thing, you may need it in future.
But if you really think you can use DeviantART like Photobucket... Then I don't know, really.
