My english is poor... I will try...   

Wade certainly did not kill Peter in your drawing (I think) but it reminded me "Deadpool kills The Universe Marvel". In this comic Deadpool kills Spiderman in a horrible way     
What would think Peter (Original Universe or Doujinshi Universe) if he knew this?

yess, he did not kill him in my drawing :3  I've been meaning to read that comic, sooo now I did.
It was horrible D: Like 'no Wade, don't do that, you love him... D:'. 

hmm, probably betrayed? And really pissed, but maybe after a while, he would probably try to understand wade? like why he did those things in that alternative universe?

Peter has a very big heart. If anyone can endure, understand and forgive Wade, that's him.

But Wade did something worse ... he married Shiklah in "The Wedding of Deadpool"
