I decided to make my Pyro figure some aesthetics, since he didn't come with any hats. Everything is removable from the original figure.NECA did a good job! I only wish the articulation was better. I'd like to shave down around the joints, but I'm a little afraid to..

Can you be a little more detailed about the quality of the figure? I'm thinking about buying a Demo.

Sure, the feet are tiny so it doesn't stand well on it's own. It's best to have it holding a weapon to counter the oxygen tank's weight. Demoman has larger feet and he stands up well; plus, his weapons are smaller. But both figures seem to have a poor range of motion.
When I took Pyro out of the package, I noticed paint chips already on him. It's hard to chip it yourself, and the paint is waterproof, so it's not much of an issue.
You should pick up Demoman, he looks like a good figure! Check for his paint-- apparently the red sometimes bleeds into his white sleeves.
