I developed a self-MOC matoran named Reyin, and he was built out of Av-Matoran parts. I strapped a pair of G.I.Joe goggles to the helmet
This might have been my first drawing of Tahu. Not bad!
An HF villain with essentially a giant lightning rod attached to his back. Thunderstorms would feed energy into him and he'd grow stronger that way.
