Description P. phagia is a terrible thing, and these poor afflicted deinonychosaurs need support and encouragement rather than ridicule.

In increasingly rare instances, P. phagia has been known to mutate to several different genera and species, all of which cause horrible physical deficiencies for the affected animals. Known variations of this terrible, terrible parasite include:

Primaropteryx wristattachia: this variation somehow detaches the primaries from the phalange, leaving them dangling from the wrist.
Remigopteryx phagia: this variation is known to totally consume the arm feathers of a deinonychosaur.
Pronatowrist breakius: This especially dangerous parasite actually deforms the arms by bending the wrists into unnatural positions. Is very painful for the animal.
Jurassopark completefuckupius: Too terrible to describe here.

What about the worms that make ornischtians loose all of their plumage except some on their back? Or the one that devours the skin on their cheeks, leaving nothing but the exposed flesh?

Julius csotonyi painted an otherwise stunning utahraptor but he
Deliberately made it primary-less because he thought the primary's would interfere with the hand's grasping function. 'Inhales... Exhales' where's the evidence?

Oh I get it...
I think its too late to fix the Jurassic Park franchise's design for dinosaurs though, its been around too long to change in movies maybe, they explain that the animals were messed up by the cloning process though...

Jurassic world claimed that to stop the frog DNA sex-changing powers, henry wu added DNA from green iguanas, geckos and an african black-throated monitor lizard to each of his dromeosaurids. I'm being dead serious. Why not use secretary bird, or crested serima bird DNA to them? I'd have avoided using flying bird DNA. Because a hawk brain in a flightless body would suffer.

Because they wanted it to look scary and based it off old dinosaur looks and ideas as lizards, it would be cool for the next movie to have accurate dinosaurs but I think its best to accept that this is the established look for the dinosaurs of JP/JW, I guess they had doubts about the feathered chicken Velociraptors so they made em bigger and stuff.

Well in JW, Delta ( Blue's second in command ) has avian DNA, resulting in her more bird-like movements

Bloody hell, I forgot to mention that they used cranes and other birds for the vocalisations of the raptors, which makes sense, since they're the most closely related to birds

Plus, there's one thing that is accurate with the raptors in JP and JW: the lips, they don't have exposed teeth. just like in real life

TheWatcherofWorlds In reply to IndoraptorOrionfan19 [2018-11-07 02:57:32 +0000 UTC]

Yeah thats pretty great aint it?

Has this been a problem for other depictions? I recall jurassic fight club did the teeth coming out like a rex

In JFC, raptors had their teeth exposed

TheWatcherofWorlds In reply to IndoraptorOrionfan19 [2018-11-08 00:30:25 +0000 UTC]

Its pretty damn embarrassing sometimes, for one thing they are animals not battle monsters, more often there would be more briefer confrontations and the animals being smart about their "attacks", like the Majungasaurus could've just waited till the mother was away hunting to kill the offspring or say the constant roaring they do, its just far from realistic.
