Description
This is an older shot of my Vash Cosplay, taken back when it was only about 70% completed. It's been completed for a long time now since then. Feel free to check out my gallery for pictures of the completed piece

I traced them out first using marker and a coin, and then cut them out with a small pair of heavy duty scissors. It took some patience but I'm quite happy with the result

I didn't mean 'screw the coat' in a bad way - It's well made, with a crapload of attention to detail.
The arm is just what really caught my attention, since I've been trying to decide how to make a better one for my costume.

Wow! You guys did a really nice job on the whole costume, the weathering is especially impressive *stares* You also did an awesome job on the gloves/sleeves (w/e) it looks like the genuine thing

from a cow
I got it from a leather sales factory in Kansas City Missouri. though it was alot more expensive then your average fabric would cost it was quite cheap by leather standards, and was already that shade of red, which made me very happy

i wish i was allowed to go cosplay.....i only get to on halloween it sucks...cos aparently its kids stuff an im to old...
anywayz i love the effect with the holes, its not to OTT like others ive seen ^^

hehehe, well I'm sure you'll be able to do what you want before long, alot of times parents are the problem with young cosplayers these days. You just have to cut them some slack for not growing up in an age where its fun and regular to dress up crazy and hang out with others that do the same

dude, that's like the best coplay i've ever seen! it's not made from over-ly colorful cheap cotton or anything like most i see. this is exactly what i would expect vash's costume to look like if he was real. awesome work, dunno how you did it.
