Description
The title could be taken one of two ways. Either Jack Atlas is still sore over his loss of King-ship, or on the other hand he could be waiting for Yusei to step up as the new King. I personally follow the second opinion, seeing Jack as a pretty honorable person (at least in the japanese version xS) though I'm sure he will eventually look for a chance to reclaim his title legitimately.Here's a full shot of my Jack cosplay during its debut at Ikkicon 2009. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out (and Malinda was VERY happy too

hehe, I'm actually pretty happy with how the wig looks from the front too, I managed to get the spikes to fan out like it does in the show.

lol, well...dunno about "couple" but I definitely have fun with Malinda as Jack and Yusei. She's thinking about cosplaying as Carly in the future, and that would be more of a canon couple in my mind

Yea I have a hard time understanding 4Kid's logic sometimes.
It's bad to have guns and knives in a cartoon about a children's card game, so we'll imply the violence with magic and occultist references instead...and while we're at it, we'll display the sad truth about rivalry in our country by making the the main rivals hateful, sore, and resentful towards one another rather than respect each other's strengths. This may end up completely destroying the original story and friendships that come back together in the end, but its a sacrifice that we must make to insure that those kids out there watching know the "true" meaning of rivalry...>____>'
