The title could be taken one of two ways. Either Jack Atlas is still sore over his loss of King-ship, or on the other hand he could be waiting for Yusei to step up as the new King. I personally follow the second opinion, seeing Jack as a pretty honorable person (at least in the japanese version xS) though I'm sure he will eventually look for a chance to reclaim his title legitimately.Here's a full shot of my Jack cosplay during its debut at Ikkicon 2009. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out (and Malinda was VERY happy too
