I was in the mood to draw Toadman.He has an interesting design in my opinion not because he has an airman-type body that looks like a toad, but rather because he possesses fog lights. That may sound silly to be interested by, but when you think about it there's very few RMs that have a detail included in their design which serves a function but isn't actually mentioned in their bio. Like, you can tell the reason he has those lights and what that says about his job sometimes even though you're not directly told about it. As far as I'm concerned, that's a good design choice.
I actually forgot how my art looks when I'm bothered to do the lighting and shading.

Probably, I mean, it was never stated in canon that the fog lights were ever used for anything. Though, it wouldn't make sense to stick non-functioning fog lights on something so one can just assume that hey, the fog lights must work as well as any other fog light, and it'd make sense if he's going to be summoning some heavy rain and stuff.

For most of my 2A03 (NES) stuff, I use FruityLoops Studio with the "NES VST Pack version 1.0" and a Game Boy SoundFont for the drums. Β Because I'm too lazy to actually tinker with the Noise plugin, most of the time.
