Her description: Naruto on the left looking up desperately at sasuke which reaching out to him (ya know like he's trying to run after sasuke...like his arm would be reaching out to him)

and sasuke on the right looking down at naruto with this blank yet longing look and it looks like he's just jumping (but more floaty and airy) back and away from naruto.

uhm i dunno if it's possible but could u have sasuke's right palm touching naruto's left palm? like have sasuke's palm fully vertical (like sasuke's making a half hearted defence with that motion) and naruto's fingertips just lightly grazing it? (almost like naruto can just grab sasuke but he's not close enough to?)
