This is one of the four legendary Serpents and is a psychic type. (The others are fire, water and grass)
It is said to visit the earth once every eighty years and can sometimes be mistaken as a comet. However, it does hover over the earth's skies far more often than legend says. It has the ability to disguise itself as the night-sky, as you can see in the previous picture posted. [link]

As usual, I need a name. Also, alternate colour suggestions would be nice.
