That's not quite how we all remember The Alpha's instruction to Cheryl but going by the way she called Helen a weakling after their last encounter... this isn't that over the top [for Cheryl anyway].

I can't blame Cheryl for feeling confident - maybe overconfident? - in light of what happened the last time she faced Helen.
However, it would be mistake to discount Helen completely, even given her previous success!
