Finally someone posts an orc that isn't clad in pelts and wielding some crazy gigantic weapon! City orcs are the best!
Also, looking through my English to LoS Black Speech dictionary, "shar-" means "keep quiet" and "gaal" doesn't really mean anything, but is close enough to "gadhaal" ("promise") for me to roughly translate it as "silent promise" which I really like.

My original orcs are different from the standard. Usually orcs by the nature of evil, cruel, stupid. My orcs are closer to human nature.

Since orcs are usually an offshoot of elves, it's interesting that they're so pigeon-holed as barbarians while generally elves have more options.
I think you'd like a project I'm currently working on. I'm altering a bit of Tolkien's mythology, and there's a group of orcs that become far from evil, cruel, or stupid. Their cities rival the elves later on. Your standard brutes still exist, but they form a totally different kingdom.
