but he doesnt HAVE mark of the wulfen XD

and the Wolf Claws make him ignore armour and re-roll wounds ALL THE TIME, whilst making the thunderwolf's rending redundant, he still massively benefits from its bigger base and 12" charge range

Exactly. And all that mark of the wulfen would do would be to make him not be allowed to use his wolf claws and give him rending. Redundaaaant
