REPOST POLICY (Do not repost my work without permission.)

So, I've been going through a lot of shit lately, and this was my way of getting it out-- or, part of it.

I did a lot more editing on this one than I usually do. A lot was cut. So, no, I'm not THIS good. I just edited out a lot of the little mistakes because it made the video too long. I'm trying to slowly cut down on the time these speedpaints run. And I'm still not totally sure how to do them correctly. If anyone had any advice, please, let me know.

Also, the footage of the rosary being drawn and the blur lines being added is not included because when I first went to do it, I accidentally overloaded my computer and had to emergency shut down, and thought I'd lost the photoshop file for this, as well as another picture I'd been working on. This only added to my existing anger, and I nearly broke a few things. I did manage to find both files, Thank God. But, as a result, I didn't exactly feel like recording the last bits.

I'm also not sure if it's okay to use the music the way I do, even though I'm giving credit. So, if any other people that do speedpaints out there have advice regarding this, please help me out.

I didn't think this needed a mature filter, since this is really only a little bloodier than some of the stuff in the series, and there's really only a little blood. If I'm wrong, again, please let me know.

Onto the picture itself, this one actually has a bit of a backstory. It's not exactly portrayed like the idea that inspired it, but as I went on creating it I had that in mind. There was an idea I had thrown around with my buddies in the Gundam Wing fandom about Duo "turning evil," many years after the events of GW and EW (again, picture is not in line with this as he's pictured younger here).

The idea was that Duo had settled down, rebuilt the Maxwell church, and had a family of his own (non-pairing specific), including several orphaned children he adopted.

Someone decided it would be a fantastic idea to rebuild OZ/the Alliance/one of the antagonistic factions from GW. And whatever force was opposing the New OZ approached Duo and asked him to help fight with them. As much as Duo hates the Alliance, he swore years ago that he would no longer be the God of Death, and refused to fight. He had a family to take care of.

Unfortunately, the New OZ grows stronger than anticipated, and attacks L2, where the church is, and one of Duo's children is injured/dies in the attack. Duo is furious. He goes to the organization that first approached him and says, "Make me the God of Death once again, but make me strong enough to fight this war alone. I don't want anyone else being dragged down in this with me." So they perform procedures on him that not only make him stronger, but that make him comparable to Heero Yuy. And in a now grown man who's never had this power before, and who has such an intense thirst for revenge, this strength is absolutely terrifying. He rebuilds the Deathscythe Gundam, and sets to war against the New OZ. But during his fight, he spares no one that gets in his way-- friend, or foe.

As stealthy as Duo is, his rampage eventually captures the attention of the other pilots-- and anyone else who was alive and fought with him during the first war. They learn that Duo is not only on a mission of absolute destruction against the New OZ, but he's set out looking for the reportedly destroyed Zero System. They don't believe it at first, seeing as after being exposed to it the first time, Duo had developed an intense fear of the Zero system. But his family is being threatened; he will not lose his family again, no matter the cost. But while he fights against OZ, he may end up destroying himself, or worse, he could be the thing that destroys his family. So the other pilots, Relena, Zechs, Hilde, and anyone else who fought with Duo have to set out to stop him before he finds the Zero System, which could shatter his ability to think morally at all, and potentially make him unstoppable.
