Short Bio: Originally from Southern Africa, Sophia served as a guardian in her hometown, acting as both a warrior and a politician when the need arose. She met Emanuel during a battle conflict and formed an allyship with him and his choir. After several decades of cooperation, Sophia became Emanuel's chief advisor. And, when tragedy struck in the form of drought and a resulting disastrous series of fires in their home country, Sophia's people came to live in Edenfall permanently, merging the two choirs. Emmanuel and Sophia considered each other best friends, and had a deeply loving platonic partnership. When Emanuel died to a completed Trial, Sophia was suspected by a minority of Edenfall to be the reason for his departure, in no small part thanks to Serin's persuasion. Though the majority denied any chance of her involvement, those who suspected her grew too unsettled and hostile for her to remain, and she fled the choir, intent on returning once she was confident she could uphold herself against her deposers. She is loudly opposed to the Reunion of the Objects as proposed by Mellarius' faction, though she has stated no hatred toward Mellarius himself. She remains an outspoken supporter of Emanuel's ideals, though she is heavily critical of the current leadership of his Choir.
