My X-23 Cos ... How I made the claws: Bought a pair of wolverine claws: [link] , took heavy-duty cutters, and cut out the middle claw. DO NOT DISCARD THE MIDDLE CLAW. I used it for the foot claw. (But you probably won't be able to walk in them...) I then duct-taped the two halves of the fist together solidly. I sanded (using automatic grinder) to my fit, getting rid of sharp points and any uncomfortable protrusions. I then took a red Sharpie to the base of the claw and smeared it (optional), to look like the blood that comes out when her claws pierce her skin. I then wrapped the fist in one layer of fabric and lined the inside with stuffing so it wouldn't hurt and would fit better. Then I took tight gloves, cut holes for the claws, and put them over the fists to keep them attached to my hands without having to keep them between my fingers (I am free to use my hands while wearing these). You may need to add more leverage if there is some shake to the claws, maybe a wrap around your hand or wrist.

NOTE: You will have to grind away at the front of the hand if you buy the same claws I did. Because the knuckles come down as if it were a balled fist. Don't be afraid to go between the claws, they won't fall off.

Feel free to use the same method if you wish.
