But im Just letting you know, that this art-page of A.A.R.R.C.'s (Commander's) Rain & Winter outfit-version with Armed mode, because it's still not finished yet, i still have plenty to do stuff with this art-page will, be update until the future or soon.)

Elite Vanguard Commander is an A.A.R.R.C. Elite Sentry-Guard Trooper Commander. as Elite Commanders also commanding (same uniform, but such as with Elite Vanguard Comannders's different ranks of commands like: Sergeants, Captains, Lieutenants, Colonels, and some commanding ranks of others,) to fight with more and more, Commanders has with Communication headset thing, (look like similar of GSG9 helmet headset thing,) is to command-communicate to the Commander's own troops to follow the Elite Vanguard Commander to move and follow to regroup protect their Commander and/or locate criminals found by Commanders. Elite Vanguard Commanders can call-on all it's-own different A.A.R.R.C. troops/units of Elite Sentry-Guard Troopers , and/or Heavy Elite Sentry-Guard Reinforcers , can use formation-line and/or change positions to circle-formation (with such as: "human-shield groups" (without their holding shields, or if they can use holding shields,) as "V.I.P. " ("Very important person ") bodyguards to start in action for protect their own Commanders, using position-tactics skills, such as: "Chain-of-Command (thing) ", to against from enemys/criminals for using Crime's High-value targeting. So having nearby cover more than one shows up is very helpful. Commander is also more and more resistant (like some sort of boss-like or mini-boss-like), thanks to their helmet, face-shield/visor, armored-legs & arms, (well, i know its not on with arms here but, don't worry, will work on-it soon or until-the-future,) and body-armor (w/ Dragon Skin Body-armor ) and other loadouts/military-gear. And/or Elite Vanguard Commanders is also can use its own Shield, and also that Commanders can calling out their own troops to deploy Shields with also formation-line and/or change positions to circle-formation. (Elite Vanguard Commanders has Stun Batons to defend itself during melee attack.) When enemies/criminals are starting to engage shooting against at against Commanders, then as shooting them in the full body-armor such as: body-armored vest (were 60 Durability/Armor-points) chest, armored-legs (were 40 Durability/Armor-points), and armored-arms (were 36 Durability/Armor points) (the were fully body-armored with 60 + 40 + 36 = 136 Durability/Armor-points) that will waste much bullets than at 5 times shot/damage to the head with their helmets (were 5 Durability/Armor-points). And 6 times shot/damage to the facial shield chops (were 9 Durability/Armor-points) (Crye Precision Airframe Chops ), And (finally) 6 times shot/damage to the bulletproof glass face-shield/visor (were 6 Durability/Armor-points). (for with 2 more facial shields 10 + 6 = 16 facial & head Durability/Armor-points.) that the whole fully body-armored of numbers were plus mix to equals were 156 Durability/Armor-points.) And Commanders have to aware when theres explosive devices, grenades, and rocket launchers, is the perfect weakness by explosives. (When people who live/born from different countries have seeing those weapons of) A.A.R.R.C. Commander's Equipment Users: FN SCAR-H, Fabarm SDASS (Pro Forces), Tavor 7, and HK417 .)
