Elite Scout-Cloak Sniper are reconnaissance and supportive-marksman, (one of a main-rival (and little-bit) duplicate of S.T.E.C.H.C.A. Elite Death-Snipers ,) were using and wearing their gear, and their cloaks. Elite Scout-Cloak Snipers on important enemy targets from afar using their Sniper-rifles, and their abilities to deal guaranteed critical-hits with headshots. Elite Scout-Cloak Snipers are effective at long-range, Although they are typically known for instantaneously killing or injuring armed-criminals/enemies at a distance, also Flanking maneuver with long-range attacks. They are also usually found in elevated places and are likely to hidden-covered spot if Scout-Cloak Snipers using as stealth. Scout-Cloak Snipers also have a blue laser-sight mounted on their rifles that indicates where they aiming on armed-criminals/enemies. (Elite Scout-Cloak Snipers Roles of tactic-skills, such as: Sharpshooter/Marksman, Black operations, Covert/Undercover operations, Counter-sniper tactics, and Long-range shooting positions.) In combat, Elite Scout-Sniper are very dangerous as against violent-criminals/enemies, and it do hits a lot of damage, and can easily kill or injury to violent-criminals/enemies. (Elite Scout-Cloak Snipers will still shoot violent-criminals/enemies if their in a vehicle.)
