Elite Scout-Cloakers (they are also known as Elite Scouts) as Cloaker are outmaneuver to slower at opponents/criminals, ((one of a main-rival (and little-bit) duplicate of S.T.E.C.H.C.A. Elite Death-Stalkers ,) Elite Scout-Cloakers were wearing lightweight armor vest for making them speed/agility better skills than Elite Guards, but on-most-occasions (most-of-the-times) or usually dodging oncoming bullets, melee-attack or hand-to-hand combat and projectiles, although Elite Scout-Cloakers are stealthy in their (super-ninja/commando) movements and will take alternate routes to flank on criminals. Elite Scout-Cloakers generally fight with submachine guns until they get close enough to charge and kick at criminals, which will incapacitate a criminal in one-hit takedown . Scout-Cloakers are capable performing using tactic-skills with acrobatic and parkour movements such as: flipping sideways, running up over walls , parkour vaults , climbing-jumping fences/gates , climb walls or buildings, and Slide-overs . Scout-Cloakers may decide spawning to hide under objects such as vehicles, manhole covers, ventilation grates and large objects to hide on top of objects, and/or attached to the ceiling to drop-down on unsuspecting criminals were searching for Elite Scout-Cloakers, or wait around corners and behind doors to ambush criminals, instead of rushing with other unit. After one-hit Elite Scout-Cloakers will beat downed criminals with their baton-arm thing, occasionally kicking and taunting them/criminals.
