Its an anti-television pamphlet. Telling about how your world is controlled through television, newspapers and cinema. It tells that there would be no world dominance of certain countries or media wars if you couldnt receive such amounts of propaganda. It tells about how you can regain independent thought if you THROW YOUR TV OUT OF THE WINDOW (thats the caps text).

i hate television, this alienation is absurd
