Poor girl. She looks so nervous.

I think she'll be fine - imagine the strength of character she has to have got through all her experiences to date. And she looks very elegant and beautiful in her suit.

Her jewelry cannot be removed without harming her (with pliers etc..), they've been welded as slave ornaments. (same for the navel piercing/chain).

Surgery could probably remove them with a minimum of scarring.  Of course, there's always the problem in how to pay for said surgery....

I say not that she should remove it only that could possible  wrong job for her with it.    One other side for me the look at least reducible with out geart  cicatrices that not so eye-catching. I know you have plot different. I would do it not.
