It would be the best game ever created!!!
I am really bored so this is how I think the story would go...
The story would take place in a not too distant future. It would be about Solid Ash, a Legendary Pokemon Master. He has recently been asked by Professor Oak, a long time friend and colleague of Ash to infiltrate Pewter City, which was recently taken over by Team Rocket. Team Rocket would consist of Mewtwo with his powerful Psychic abilities, Jesse a beautiful and deadly sharp shooter(I guess), Ditto master of Disguise, Blastoids, giant and shaman, and James, a specialist in interrogation and a formidable gunfighter. Finally there would be Liquid Ash, the leader of Team Rocket. His mission would be to save the the 2 Pokemon trainers that have been held captive by Team Rocket. Along the way ash gets a call from Master Brock, a long time friend of Ash(obviously) who has lived in Pewter City most of his life and aids him on his mission. Eventually one of the Pokemon trainers die of a mysterious heart attack he finds Misty in the cell next to his... and so on and so forth
