ohhhh my goodness!
all of these are so ridiculously beautiful ;A; ! Exactly what I love in a set of illustrations. The pictures are immersive in a way that I haven't felt since I was a child, where I actually feel like I'm among the branches. Somewhat recently, I took a trip where we spent one day hiking in a rainforest. This picture is literally what it felt like. The lighting, the variety of foliage, the vibrant green-- it all feels very full of life.
Stylistically, I adore the upwards-reaching style of the twigs, and the way you've personified the tree, and I especially love the purposeful messiness it has. Looks very carefully-planned, but free.
Can't wait for the rest of the pages!
