It really doesn't seem like a scam to reply to everyone except one person, though? She could have not gotten the notification or her replies were flooded and she just assumed that she replied to the comment because of the "1" next to it! i fully understand why you're upset and i'm sorry about that, but please don't take it so personally.. slowly responding to people one by one is the only way i can even get through any of them, i didn't mean to leave you out on purpose.
as for the commission itself i'm really sorry but in short i have not had access to my funds for a year now and there's nothing i have been able to do about it, so there's really no way for me to reimburse anyone ;; the most i can do is finish the art ..?

If not i'd still, consider getting a refund because i generally don't want to get art of ocs that im no longer interested in from a community i don't participate in anymore. And esp with lack of communication i kinda got worried i got scammed out of this x3 commission

If youre seriously trying to be better about communication, start with replying to all of these comments and finished all of your year backlog of commissions before you take on more that you wont finish how does someone need to spell that out to you?

and if anyone wants to jump on my back for being harsh consider this - when i thought i was the only one not being replied to or taking long to do, i understood that mistakes happen and things can take awhile. but now that i see that so many other people have the same experience, my comment is well justified in its tone since to one else has the guts to use it for fear of their commission going uncompleted entirely

I should’ve reached out but I wanted to give you time as for not to rush you with a commission but I paid 60$ for three icons, whiich now I’ve waited an entire year for. Do not commission them. I have been waiting over a year or more for my commission and some have been waiting longer. Until they either refund the people who have already commissioned them or put out the commissions and give an update no one else should commission them.

yknow if you’re gonna have commissions open, you should really be more open to your clients and tell them whats up. like, ive noticed that multiple people have tried to contact you more than once about a wip and you ignore it. but then on your alt you are doing personal art or gift art for your friends? it seems very unprofessional, especially when you are doing the gift art, that are FREE mind you, instead of doing commissions that you were PAID to do. i understand that you have a life outside of the internet, but it is really unfair for your commissioners to ask you numerous times about their commissions and you ignore them. you should at least tell them if there is something going on, or maybe have a post abt it. give them SOMETHING instead of ignoring their messages over and over.

As nice as your pixels are, you desperately need to work on your communication skills. Was looking forward to my comm, but that was unfortunately a waste. This isn't even a matter of rushing you, it's the lack of common courtesy towards the people who show genuine interest in what you do. Leaving comments unanswered for weeks or even months towards clients regardless of the excuse is such a terrible way to run a business and a real turn off; especially when you show activity on your alt account. Clearly it's something you can't handle, but good luck pursuing those traits and to anyone who falls into all this unacceptable behavior. Disappointing.
