This is way, way old. This was back when I drew Scriabin as what seems to be an Edgar acquainted with hair gel. Vasquez's style, as if you can't already tell. This is that scene in the fic where Ed and Johnny are at the movies. I can't remember if Scriabin was bitching at him at that point in the fic, but, knowing Zarla!Scriabin, he probably was. The jerk.My god, Scriabin's forehead is huge.

Which is odd, because it was your "action" pose of Scri that was the first one I looked at and said, "YES exactly, that's what he looks like in my head too." When/how did you start figuring he had the longer hair?
I like that this Scri looks like he's hogging the popcorn.

Well, I started figuring he had long hair after spending a few months looking as Zarla's drawings of Scriabin. It took me a long, long while to accept that Scriabin's character had long hair (maybe its part of a description that I never noticed somewhere in the Vargas fic) because in my head Scriabin was more-or-less like Edgar only with an attitude problem. Hence he should have had not-long hair.
He had it now in my mind. I think. I haven't drawn Vargas!Scriabin in a really long time.

Heh. I figured out what my head was already sure he looked like by looking at everyone else's versions and seeing whether I agreed with them or not.
I haven't drawn Vargas!Scri in forever, either. Too much other stuff demanding attention. At least I seem to have finally shaken Amadeus' grip on my brain a little.
