You'll get there! I don't know how you work but a tip is to try to work without reference sometimes. I usally never use a reference, I study them and then try on my own and work on my memory instead of copying with my eyes. Although, when I am totally lost I use reference and even have traced sometimes.

Thank you for the advice! I use alot of references and I have tried doing it from memory. It's like I have the concept in my brain, but it's hard to put it on paper, especially when drawing a specific pose, but I have improved alot on drawing the front of the body so yea, I am hoping to get there. Thanks again.
