Description Tremble as though the age were ending in your mind
Shudder and see might turned to mush and find
New dawns absorbed in time
And storks with flaming feet
Putting to torch the forests of the world
And flies panning the scapes of barren fields.

Just an hour in photoshop to make the planet and then a couple more for painting and postwork. Was cool to finally work with one of *duris 's gorgeous renders. If you dig terragen then check him out...he's certainly one of the finest.

The render for your water is STUNNING! I can usually get some pretty decent looking water, but this is unbelievable! Nice job!

VERY nice! Duris's work is awesome as always, I did a render once for him , I really like how you used the light beams from the TG and incorporated it into the spacescape, not enough people do transitions like that. And the higher up spacescape is pretty much flawless, very nice, good colors and shading.

Other people should look upon the perfection here as an example for their own works. I gota fav it.

Ah! btw, the only thing I did notice wrong about it was how there was the bright spot in the water from the reflecting sun that's not showed in the spacescape. I'm not sure how you could have fixed that, it would have taken a few extra renders, but if the clouds and lights shown in the spacescape were reflected onto the water this would even better.

oh man...theres one things bad...
there not a real focal point.
the nebulae behind a planet attracts u there, but the amtmosphere of Terra part also wants ur attention...
choose one thing...
the amotspehere (sky)
or the nebula

That transition is perfect (in an artistic sense) - original, stylised, clean. I love that section. Hmm i can't say im a big fan of the planet - it looks too solid, kidna detracts from depth, and im afraid i dont like the pink neb part. The composition of the planet seems to unbalance the pciture.

Damn. Im in love with those clouds.

Thanks for the crit. You could be right about the planet composition wise, I just thought if I had to pick a place then following the rule of thirds would probably be my safest bet, I played with it all over and that looked best to me (besides the disastrously clichΓ© perfect center). Sorry you dont like the nebwork, I tried haha. And yeah, I thought the clouds turned out awesome with Duris render.

lol no worries dude, yeah seriously - those clouds are wow.

Hmm clichΓ© centre? you may be right, would possibly be too perfect.

I love the pink glow around the planet and the pinkness it adds to the planet. The sun rays are perfect. Not quite sure what the single file meteor line is about. The water towards the viewer doesn't seem to really be water with the rocks there, maybe because of the depth or texture? Also on the part of the mountain on the right side, I don't understand how that would be lighted what it doesn't appear that any sun at all is reaching over there. The rest looks really good though. Flame me for critiquing if you wish.
