Description
This is my favourite shot of the pics I've taken over the last week, it's such a moment capture. Also I wanted to do a sillouette shot that wasnt blue like the others. I was also deciding for a while to do color manip on it... but, call me old fashioned but I like to know I can do something with minimal help from photoshop, probably why I like film so much! So there's no manip whatsoever on this one, hope u all like it!Related content

This photo would look just as good without the 45-degree angle.
Love it - but dislike the tilted framing. Awsome capture.

i like the no manipulation. the angle is excellent, and the silohette is gorgeous. the arm and hand give a sense of motion and the model is doing something different from what a loth of silohettes usually do. so its different. and the sunset is beautiful. this is an excellent shot, very well composed.

Yes, I agree... The less photoshop, the better... A true picture doesn't need it... And this one doesn't!
I love how the girl is all black and behind her you see the ocean with sky... Beautiful background, but at the same time it comes out more than the girl... Awesome!

I really like your silhouette work, and this is no exception. Its really not something I've seen a whole lot of recently, and it really adds to your unique style as a photographer. Keep it up!

I love the diagonal capture... and the silhouette is so strong with such a soft portrayal. The dark, but subtle coloring, so inspiring...

Great photo!
I like the angle and tones are excellent...
Although there's something (in my opnion of course) that breaks the harmony in the silhoute...it's the left hand raised,
maybe if the model had the arm againts him/herself...But it's kinda a matter of taste I guess... what do you think?
By the way why were you using a Polarizer? To cut off the reflections in the water? (I'm not seeing any other option but
the way the sun is it doesn't look like it was reflection too much besides the part that is in the photo...)
Oh and I almost forget to tell you

Thanx 4 the kind words and the ! I used the polarizer to increase the contrast of the sky, and he hand isnt raised, its flicking her hair back!

You're welcome
Oh right...contrast increasing...I forgot it also happens when using polarisers, well thanks for answering my question

How enticing... I just get the sentiment of "I'd follow you anywhere, until the end of time" from this.
Upon further examination, i think it's the "come here" pose + the pretty sunset (end of time) + the water going into the horizon (anywhere, infinity). Glad you stopped yourself from manipulating it : )

Thank u so much, I was aiming for "there is no greater concern right now but this beach and this moment", hence why she is flicking her hair back.

I really like this, the colors are beautiful. Although the angle sorta bugs me. Along with whatever she's doing with her hand lol.
Nice job
