It has a script inside the surface GUI that generates a random name upon click.
Chances are the group name ideas that are chosen by math random are pre-determined names like colors, materials, Generic titles (Such as Nation, Empire, Force, and others), etc. To be honest it is easy to make but a waste of LUA knowledge and time.
