Very Nice! I really like the tenticles and the starry fairy dust stuff above her head. I also like how you mixed the background colors together and the texture within them both.

the girl was from a picture i had in my computer, so i just vectored it with the pen tool. then i copied the layer and blurred it. and that's it.
