Because we all know he would be high maintenance...Hi! This is just an image that popped into my head while writing my fan-fiction 'The Deal' about Sarah's return to the Labyrinth. If they did get together, you know Jareth would take forever to get ready in the morning. But I think Sarah could cope...
In case it isn't clear enough, Sarah and Jareth are looking into the dressing table mirror. Sarah is brushing her hair and Jareth is putting the finishing touches to his make-up. I am rubbish at anatomy and backgrounds but I think it turned out okay...

Hahahaa, this is totally accurate. You can sense it from how many times Jareth changes his outfit in the span of 13 hours (or 10? Since he shifted the clock forward in the tunnel). He probably puts on a fresh coat of eye makeup every time he changes clothesΒ Β

its's like "FINALLLLYYYYYY" for all the labyrinth fans. and well written and the, ahem, 'lemon scene' is tastefully done. most labyrinth stories are full of mary sue's, OOC's or just plain silly. Yours was refreshingly awesome.

I like to imagine that, during any family visits to the moving castle (because you know Howl and Jareth are totally related in some convoluted "What-Do-You-Mean-He's-Really-A-Welshman-And-It-Doesn't-Count?!" way), Sophie and Sarah have constructed their own bathroom for this very purpose (otherwise the flower shop would never get opened in the morning).
I'm loving the glitter storm around him, too. Nice touch.

Jareth's eyes are two different colors o_o were they like that in the movie?

I have noticed that Bowies eyes aren't actually different colours, but I always think it looks kinda cool when people draw him this way. I tried just making one pupil bigger than the other but I couldn't pull it off, lol! XX

They're not two different colors, but one of David Bowie's eyes got messed up when he was a kid so it's always dilated and from afar it looks like he has different colored eyes or that one is darker than the other. A lot of fans like to interpret it as different colors.

It really reminds me of my sister and I in the morning. She just takes a shower and brushes her hair while I, as much as I hate to admit, am in front of the mirror applying makeup and whatnot for an hour. Awesome fanart! β«
