This is a Master Mitosi demonstrating his power over Water.
All Balencian water spells include the word "Agua".
The effects of being able to control this element include the ability to breath water as if it were air, immunity from what divers call "the bends", and the ability to swim really freakin' FAST (as in, fast enough to make Jaws (Dun-dun, Dun-dun...) seem as slow as a newborn sea turtle on land)!
