My bad, the title should be: Wildest Ride in the Weeelderniss!!
This view of Big Thunder is from the Liberty Belle riverboat cruise that leaves from Liberty Square. An attraction that's very easy to miss but can be a nice break from the tiring hustle and bustle of the Magic Kingdom. Easily my favorite part of the cruise is going by Big Thunder. The panoramic shot of the mountain is gorgeous and gives a view of the mountain that is only possible to see from the riverboat (and potentially the railroad though I admittedly have not looked before). Surprise surprise but the Imagineers really covered all their ground with Big Thunder. The entire façade of the attraction is sculpted and crafted beautifully and looks straight out of monument valley. Truly a classic and treasured attraction!

Ok this nerd fact is really niche but is a fantastic little nod. The queue for Big Thunder is completely littered with puns and bad jokes (my favorite of which is the very reliable and safe explosives brand of Lytum & Hyde ). But relatively early on in the queue, inside the building, there is a posted listing of Assay reports for all the different shafts. On the other side of that board are many different draftings, drawings and schematics. One of them is for the T.W. Baxter air brake. This is a little tiny nod to one of the Imagineers that helped create the idea for Big Thunder: Tony Baxter!
