I think it took around 10+ hours.
I really took my time and changed the pose/ face numerous times, until I was happy.

How you did that glow around white brushstrokes? Is it Outer Glow set to gradient from blue to purple? Hand painted on some layer style? It looks awesome, but I cannot understand how to do it...

It's done mostly with a normal light purple/bluish grey, and on top, a ' Color dodge' layer with the same color. You can do this a multiple time until you get the correct result
