I'm sorry but seeing the torch reminded of that funny clip you showed me
"We came as fast as we could! We heard a little girl got seriously burned! OHHHHHHHHH" hnng should really get around to watching GF and Avatar :U

I like the lighting you did on Dipper and Steven, it's great you're taking note of such things Hmm I don't have anything to add on to what Hexa has already mentioned, other than that you're improving HEAPS in proportions (regardless of semi-realistic or cartoony styles) But yeah, take note of tricky stuff like foreshortening on Steven's leg. Just keep practicin on getting a better sense of volume and space Keep it up chicken

EDIT: oh wait hmm I know the characters aren't really in an environment of sorts, but perhaps adding shadows beneath them would make them less "floaty", since they aren't in the typical mid-air action pose anyway (they're clearly walking on the same plane) ^^

This is adorable, and a wonderful sentiment.  I know how much Korra and Gravity Falls have meant to you, both as entertainment and philosophy, but even without that it's a touching tribute to your favorite shows of the past and the promising ones of the present.  And the comment really hits home too.

That said, the art quality feels a bit below what you've usually done, but I think you've done this whole thing in just a few days.  Each show gets its own unique and distinctive style while still incorporating the coloring and shading (and in Star's case, the boots) that we see from your Ping and past Gravity Falls pics.  But I can't help but notice that Star's and Stevens legs in particular look kind of like they're in the same plane or even twisted around, and Korra really feels oddly stiff.  Having just finished watching the series at last, it's way more rigid than I'm used to seeing her, which is probably why it stands out.  That and the fact that she's three times the size of everybody else, guess that does make it more noticable.  Same with Steven's legs being right in the foreground.

Nitpicks aside, though, the torch flame and the lighting that comes from it is phenomenal.  I honestly wonder how you did that, because it looks like a different technique or tool than everything else yet doesn't feel out of place for your personal style or the range of character designs in this picture.  And the background really works too, it's an incredibly optimistic summer sky shade of blue (goes well with what's out my window today, actually, first warm clear day in two weeks, so the timing is perfect), and it fades to bright light for the new generation.  This doesn't make me feel like Korra and the Pines twins are being left behind, just that the shows that remain are moving ahead, which I think is perfectly in line with what you wanted to show.

As a side note, I did a double-take at the date in your signature, since I'm twelve hours behind and still on the 20th here.  That never stood out to me before, think I only noticed it this time because it was right at the top of my screen when I scrolled down to write this comment.
