I got my braces tightened today and they hella hurt

i had to get a tooth slowly turned completely around and a tooth that was going sideways straightened and i have power chains on top and bottom AND i have bands on both sides of my mouth

got mine yesterday and I wanna eat cocolate, pizza, cheese, bread,... anything but NOT yoghurt!! I had to eat yoghurt for a month last year 'cause I couldn't swallow with my first braces, but these weren't THAT painful

I got my braces yesterday and I can't eat D:< It hurts and I have to drink and eat nothing but soup! All because of my stupid impacted canine >.< Does it at least get better eating wise? D: Because I want to eat something OTHER than soup DX

It did! Unfortunately I got them tightened yeaterday so now they hurt...again 
It'd be easier to explain if you wre actually sitting here with me because then I could show you but basically instead of coming down where it should be, my adult canine is coming down in the middle of the roof of my mouth. I have a lump from it and the tooth is actually coming through the roof (I can feel it)...which is apparently good >.>

i've had em for two years and they still cut the inside of my mouth periodically. just did that a few days ago.
stock up on dental wax, mouth wash, pain killers.

had mine one for two years and just a few days ago i got a brand new cut on the inside of my lip courtesy of my braces.
and the first few days and any time you get them tightened they hurt like a bitch. stock up on dental wax, mouth wash, and pain killers :3

ugh, braces SUCK! I got the top ones on late Oct. and now they want to put the bottom ones on next week! this is stupid! I LIKE my overbite, can they not tell? and the spacers for the bands are killing me! I mean, seriously, if they only put on top ones then y do i have bands on the bottom molars? they could just put them on next week. <-really long comment/rant that needed to come out...sorry
