looking in windowslooking into a
backwardsmirror world
i can see my mirror-self
gold-shiny buckles on thick black boots
fraying jeans with patched holes
black jacket gray shirt fraying ears
donβt look at the face (eyebrowsnosecrookedteeth)
donβt look at the skin (oilythickuneven)
just look at
sea-eyes with thick lashes (graybluegreenglass)
dark hair, short coils (shinyblackbrown)
long fingers, pencil smudges and inkstains (ihavetodraw)
i can see my mirror-self
all in a dirt-dark window

I really like it!!! A wonderful and expressive poem.
I would just suggest that you remove the words in the parenthesis, for me at least they dim the effect of the poem. That is simply my opinion however, It is your art and I think it best you decide how it is written.
Also, I haven't forgotten about our collaboration game, I've just been overloaded with Homework n' Stuff.

Displaying emotions is the reason poetry exists, it is not called "complaining"
Also, If you think digital is an inferior art form you are ignorant and mislead. Digital is simply a new medium, It requires no less skill and dedication than does traditional art.

I never said it was inferior I myself just don't like it I feel like, even though I know this is not true, that it is a kind of short cut to get results one could not get other wise. On the topic of the emotions in poems thing if you don't want the wrong message going across don't write it that way.Β

I got really bored really quickly just pretty much said the hell is this and closed the window... just being honest here...

haha yeah, act 1 is really really hard to get through. basically, you have to muscle through it and not skip anything, because later it gets better.
just kind of focus on the humor.
acts 1-4 gradually get more interesting, act 5 is awesome, and act 6 isn't done and it's even more amazing.Β
it also gets more and more confusing the farther you read, but you can kind of understand the plot. it's just the one of the most confusing, twisted plots i know of.
but seriously, homestuck is worth it.
