im pretty sure xiggy was based off a pirate.and so was luxord.
unfortunately for xiggy though luxord was the one who got the 'villian' role in port royale. so xiggy missed out
but he also fits the whole surfer thing, so he had a backfall <3
anyway. first pic of luxord ^_^
it was fun to make <3 i like tablet drawings now. enjoy!
