Description
This is the second in my series of pics based on my Christian-pop songs. The song I based this pic on is called 'Green Ink', and I wrote it one afternoon when it was really pretty outside. I tried to capture the meaning behind my song in this pic. hope you like it ^^Others in the series:

I love the soft lines on this, it really makes everything look so peaceful and elegant. The details in the tubes are amazing, I love how they almsot seem to glow. Her cheeks are really pretty, I love the blush on them. The hands look fantastic, too.

It's very beautiful. How did you do that pattern? Is it a default PS texture, or did you make it from scratch?

thanks very much!! mhm. I made the pattern myself, including the lace at the top of her dress. I used a photo of a tree for reference on the pattern also, it helped quite a bit.

I should have added reflections inside the vials, but I wanted the ink to seem unnatural ^^

I'm very happy you think so! Thanks for the compliment on her dress, that was one of the hardest things for me, doing a pattern I liked. I think it sorta looks like tree branches ^^ thanks so much again for the comment!

mm that is very well done. i personally think that it may be a lil bit tooo bright and the lack of contrast kind of makes the image lose some of its detail.

Doing work like this with a mouse is frustrating, but you've done a -beautiful- job of it! My only suggestion, and it's a minor thing, but perhaps a little more depth to her dress?
