This is a picture of the melon bread I baked earlier today~ it was very good!! My sister and I shared it =^^=

There are little green tea spirits around the place setting that I sketched, I thought the food looked lonely xD

I didn't use a recipe at all, I just kinda threw in what I thought would compliment the melon flavor. Here's the recipe I used, I'll try to remember as much as I can =]

~Melon Bread~

Ingredients:
About 1 1/2 cup chopped honeydew
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 drops almond extract
About 1 1/2 - 2 cups flour (add enough so dough has a nice, slightly sticky texture)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp maccha green tea powder (optional)
1/2 tsp honey

Directions:
Preheat oven to 125 degrees fahrenheit.
Mix egg, vanilla, almond extract, and sugar, and honey together in a small metal bowl. Whisk until mixed thoroughly.
In a small metal pan, pour in honeydew and turn stove on high. Cover with lid and steam, making SURE you don't burn it. The honeydew should soon be cooking in its own melon juice. Heat until fairly soft, then pour honeydew into a vita-mixer or blender and blend until it becomes a puree. Then, pour it into the metal pan with the egg, vanilla, almond extract, honey, and sugar. Mix together well, then add flour gradually until it has a somewhat firm, slightly sticky texture. Spray two small glass bowls with olive oil, then scrape dough into the bowls.
Bake at 125 degrees for 30 minutes, checking regulary to make sure it doesn't burn. If you think it needs longer to bake, or more time, go right ahead! This is my first time making this, so I've only done this once! ^^

I think it tasted very good piping hot, with a bit of honey on top, and a little bit of butter ^^ My sis wanted me to make another just for her xD Well, I hope that you will like my version of this bread, and please let me know if you improvise on the recipe, I'm always trying to impove! n__n

Oh, and the liquid in the pic that looks like green tea? Yeah;; it's paint and water xDDD >D fooled ya, huh?
