Description
This is like the most impossible move to achieve in chess. But other than that, two pawns, one black, one white, face eachother from across the board, the lone survivors of a two day battle. Are they enemies or has the battle changed them? It definately is not the best. And the black pawn is supposed to be blurry.

Concept is good (I had a very similar idea for a series), composition is good too. The background doesn't really add anything to the photo though.. doesn't take away too much either though. Good shot, I like it.

Yeah, I know. It's just that I have no places to take good photos in my house and it's all natural lighting... not natural... lampish lighting. I was going to have an antique radio in the back (I have a photo of that) but if I turned the chess table to get to it, I'd have to climb on top of my dinner table and I'm too lazy to move it.

I understand completely man.. I have crappy backgrounds in my house as well. The few shots I've done in my house I've had to move a bunch of stuff around.. so there are a number of shots I'd still liike to do and havent because I don't feel like moving all that stuff
But hey, you can always hang a solid coloured sheet up as a backdrop (I've done that before)
