I've been considering energy projection tbh, since I'd imagine it'd work a bit like illusion magic in-game? Water bending is also dope, since it has a lot of uses

Illusion would work perfectly with their theme
their water use could also be kinda ''illusional'', yknowwhatimean?

Yeahh I get that, the Innocent playbook only lets you choose one of the abilities though, so I'd have to pick either Energy Projection or Elemental Control aahhh

But then again, Energy Projection/Illusions sound super dope, although it might be a bit unclear and unfocused to explain since "Energy Projection" could mean a lot of things. Elemental Control is a little bit simpler but the simplicity also makes it a bit less appealing. But then againnnn I do love water and you could technically do illusion spells with water bending. Like- create your own lil' pet creatures and images and stuff out of the water and give them 'life'?
