I met him too, when he was in Germany and he draw these cute cartoons in my audiobook too and I'm so happy I had the chance to meet him, he's such a really nice, cool person

It seems every year new locations for book signings get added to his list so I wouldn't be surprised if he comes to Birmingham at some point in the future!
I guess Derek knew that he would be signing a lot of books so he made sure to have a signature that's really quick to write!

I was going to go to a SP book signing in Liverpool on Saturday, but my friend's 16th birthday is on the same day. So I cancelled.

Derek Landy recognized your artwork?! GAH! I'd be so happy if that happened to me! Still, I think I need to actually be able to draw hats and skulls for that matter before I make any sort of attempt. Hehe.

Everyone queued up neatly outside the shop and people were allowed inside two at a time so no one was crowding me from behind. It was all neat and controlled!

I couldn't tell! The bookshop I was in was inside a shopping centre right by the entrance. The queue led past the store and right out the door of the shopping centre and down the street.
I got there an hour early so there were only six people in front of me.

I went to see Job Mayhew and I was like the only one there. And, no offense to Derek and all, but I think Jon is the better author. His horror novels are truly incredible! Plus, he's local and awesome.
