As scary these two working together would be, Kyubes magical girl rules would create some rather interesting new situations in the Dagan Ropa Enviroment. Now forming a contract would seem like the best method to comit a murder, but hiding your transformation would soon become nearly impossible, and those who form contracts just to stay alive would have to worry about escaping before they become a witch.

My standarts of despair are higher then what they could make. Sadly, it comes in a way too realistic shape. :/

The bear is called Monokuma (which literally means mono-bear!) and he is from a game/anime series called Dangan Ronpa.
The plot of Dangan Ronpa involves a group of high school kids waking up one day to find themselves sealed inside their own school; all the doors are locked and there are metal plates covering the windows. They are then approached by Monokuma, a robotic teddy bear who is being controlled by the criminal mastermind behind the students incarceration, who orders them all to start killing each other!
Once a murder has been committed, the surviving students are to collect evidence, gather in a court room and work out which one of them did the deed. If they get it right then Monokuma will execute the murderer. However, if they accuse the wrong person then Monokuma will kill them all EXCEPT the person who actually committed the crime. The students have to keep on playing this "game" until there is only one left who the villain will let go free so, in other words, the "winner" is the person who commits murder... and gets away with it.
Naturally, the students at first tell Monokuma where to go but he soon starts giving them all incentives to start killing whether through threats or bribes until eventually people do start dying and it is up to the still sane students to concentrate on finding a legal way out of the school and work out who is behind this hope/despair experiment anyway!
With the running theme of hope and despair being delivered by a partially cute creature, I saw similarities between Momokuma and Kyubey!
